• When is packet pickup?

  • ​11 AM to 4 PM Friday May 30 and Saturday May 31 at Second Sole in Boardman.

• What if I cannot make it to packet pickup to pick up my bib?

  • LIMITED packet pickup will be available race morning at Penguin City. Half marathoners may pick up from 6-6:30 AM. 2 Milers may pick up from 6:30 -7:30 AM. ​

• Can I change my registration from one distance to another?

  • ​​​Yes, you can change your distance. The easiest way to change your distance is at packet pickup. Alternatively, you can email mark@secondsoleohio.com.​​​​​

• Can someone else pick up my race bib/packet?

  • Yes they can.​

• What is the course time limit on race day?

  • We have a course limit of 5 hours.

• Where does the HALF MARATHON begin?

• Where do I park?

  • If you park at Second Sole, there is plenty of parking in the Southbridge Executive Park complex behind Second Sole.

• Are restrooms available?

  • ​​Port-a-johns are available in the parking lot at the start area and throughout the course.

• What hydration and fuel is available on the course?

  • For the Half Marathon, water stops will be located at miles 2, 3.6, 5.8, 8, 10, and 12.

  • Gatorade will be available at miles 5.8, 8 and 10.

  • Gel will be available at miles 5.8, 8, and 10. 

• How soon after the race can I get my results?

  • ​Results will be announced in Celebration Village at Penguin City as soon as they are calculated. Later on race day, results will also be posted on Facebook and our website.

• How will I know if I earned an award and when can I get it?

  • ​Awards will be announced in Celebration Village at Penguin City as they are finalized. Only after winners are announced will prizes be distributed. Winners will also be posted on our website and a link will be posted to Facebook. Award medals will be remain available for pickup at Second Sole for one week after the race.​

• Is there medical support on the course?

  • ​Yes

• Is there a cycle crew to guide runners?

  • Yes​

• Who gets a medal?

  • ​Anyone who registers and completes a race distance receives a medal.

• How do I get my medal if I registered for the virtual race?
  • With your packet at packet pickup. Or you can come to Second Sole up to one week after race week. ​​​
• How do I report virtual results?
