  • What if I cannot make it to packet pickup to pick up my bib?

    • You can pick up your shirt starting at 7 AM race day up until the race.​

  • Can I change my registration from one distance to another?

    • ​​​Yes, you can change your distance. The easiest way to change your distance is at packet pickup. Alternatively, you can email mark@secondsoleohio.com.​​​​​

  • Can someone else pick up my race bib/packet?

    • Yes they can.​

  • What is the course time limit on race day?

    • We have a course limit of 5 hours.

  • Where does the race begin?

    • ​Second Sole

    • ​​755 Boardman Canfield Road

    • Youngstown, OH 44512

  • Where do I park?

    • More details will be posted soon about parking downtown and taking the shuttle to the starting line at Second Sole. You can also park at Second Sole, as there is plenty of parking in the Southbridge Executive Park complex, where Second Sole is located. 

  • Are restrooms available?

    • ​Port-a-johns are available in the parking lot at the start area and throughout the course.

  • What hydration and fuel is available on the course?

    •  Gatorade will be available at miles 2, 7.5, and 11.

    • Carb Boom Gels (Apple Cinnamon) will be available at miles 5.5 and 9.

    • Water stops will be at miles 2, 4, 5.5, 8, 9, 11, and at the finish line.

  • How soon after the race can I get my results?

    • ​Results will be announced in Celebration Village as soon as they are calculated. Later on race day, results will also be posted on Facebook and our website.

  • How will I know if I earned an award and when can I get it?

    • ​Awards will be announced in Celebration Village as they are finalized. Only after winners are announced will medals be distributed in Second Sole. Winners will also be posted on our website and a link will be posted to Facebook. Award medals will be remain available for pickup for one week after the race.​

  • Is there medical support on the course?

    • ​Yes

  • Is there a cycle crew to guide runners?

    • Yes​

  • Who gets a medal?

    • ​Anyone who completes a race distance receives a medal.

  • How do I get my medal if I registered for the virtual race?
    • With your packet at packet pickup. Or you can come to Second Sole up to one week after race week. ​​​
  • How do I report virtual results?
